Luzmo is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who brings structure, speed, and entrepreneurial energy to our marketing engine. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll own outcomes, coordinate work across the team, and keep our marketing operations running with clarity and precision.

You won’t manage direct reports, but you will lead execution, direct and delegate work across the team, and step in hands-on when needed to keep momentum high. You thrive on driving progress, solving problems, and turning strategy into real, tangible impact.

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Own, organize, and execute core marketing operations across content workflows, SEO initiatives, paid campaigns, nurturing flows, and website priorities.

  • Coordinate and delegate work to content creators, designers, product collaborators, and specialists, while staying accountable for deadlines, quality, and results.

  • Step in hands-on when needed to keep projects moving, writing or editing content, shaping briefs, building workflows, or completing key tasks.

  • Bring structure and consistency to marketing processes so that cross-functional campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Project Leadership (Outcome Ownership, Flexible Execution)

  • Lead high-impact marketing projects such as ICP research, brand campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing Manager, Designer, RevOps, and Content Manager to align priorities and maintain execution flow.

  • Act as the operational hub, syncing stakeholders, managing risks, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring clear communication across the business.

  • Break down complex projects into actionable steps and drive them through to completion, doing what needs to be done yourself when appropriate, delegating what can be done elsewhere, and ensuring nothing stalls.

  • Report progress, insights, and results directly to the VP of Growth

Nurturing & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own and optimize nurturing programs focused on activation, engagement, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and RevOps to align messaging, timing, and lifecycle touchpoints.

  • Improve segmentation, targeting, and automation flows to maximize lifecycle performance and pipeline contribution.

Performance, Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze marketing performance, campaign results, and operational efficiency, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and proactively improve processes to increase team velocity and impact.

  • Maintain high delivery standards across everything the marketing team produces.

Job requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, project management, or a hybrid execution role.

  • Strong, proven hands-on expertise in both paid marketing and content, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and improve marketing content directly.

  • Experience coordinating SEO, paid media, lifecycle campaigns, and multi-step marketing projects across teams.

  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, adaptable, resourceful, with a strong bias for action.

  • Excellent project management capabilities, planning, prioritization, timeline ownership, and follow-through.

  • Analytical, structured, and process-driven, you enjoy creating clarity and turning complexity into organized execution.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.

  • Comfortable collaborating with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, RevOps, and Growth stakeholders.
