What the role entails:

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Luzmo, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's revenue goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a high-impact growth marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Performance Marketing: Take the lead in managing and executing performance marketing campaigns on key platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, ensuring optimal ROI.

  • Analytics and Measurement: Implement robust tracking and measurement systems to evaluate the success of all growth marketing activities. Analyze data to make informed decisions and continually optimize campaigns for better performance.

  • Technical SEO Optimization: Conduct regular audits of the company website and digital assets to identify and implement technical SEO improvements, ensuring optimal site performance, faster load times, and enhanced user experience. Collaborate with the content team to align SEO strategies with content marketing efforts.

  • CRM Management and Process Documentation: Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HubSpot, ensuring that all marketing automation processes are documented, optimized, and aligned with sales workflows. Provide training and support to team members on best practices for utilizing the CRM effectively.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest impact.

Job requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.

  • Campaign Execution: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.

  • Technical SEO Knowledge: Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and techniques for optimizing website performance.

  • CRM Implementation and Management: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with hands-on experience in setting up marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve objectives.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
