Job description

We're on a mission to become the default embedded analytics platform for SaaS. Our drag-and-drop platform helps software teams ship beautiful, customer-facing dashboards in days — not months. From HR to logistics to fintech, hundreds of companies across 31 countries already use Luzmo to turn data into a product advantage.

Founded in Belgium in 2015, rebranded in 2023 and backed by fresh funding, the company is set for significant growth.

As a Solutions Engineer, you sit at the intersection of data, product, and customer success. You'll help clients get maximum value from Luzmo — from onboarding and integration to building data pipelines and advising on best practices. You're the go-to technical partner for our customers, and your feedback directly shapes the product.

  • Customer Guidance: Help clients navigate integration, infrastructure setup, and dashboard best practices.

  • Data Pipelines: Build and maintain data pipelines that connect client data to the Luzmo platform.

  • Proof of concepts: Design and deliver PoC integrations that show the art of the possible.

  • Product Input: Turn real client feedback into platform improvements with our product team.
